I am also irked by the comments that talk about the ost of the app and the idea that we must be cheap or mean or get a life or whatever because the app doesn't cost a lot of money. Point of fact for me is that it isn't the cost, it's the act of taking money and not delivering (that's right, it's the principal). What Steve manages to take to a new art form is the fact that he somehow seems to think that his busy life is reason to blow off users who are payers and that boggles the mind!
